1 – Improve your online presence

Remember that goals need to be achievable and time specific to drive motivation. As you’ve probably heard before: S.M.A.R.T goals are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time-bound. Remember to follow up and check on your goals throughout the year too!
5 – Focus on team culture
Focusing on improving your team culture is a must–do for your business. Your company culture sets the overall expectations on how your staff members behave and work together, and how well they function as a team. We strongly recommend spending time together as a whole team each week, whether this be a lunch break, morning meeting or weekly team building activity!
